A completed Application Form does not oblige the school to accept your child.

2. Application fee payment

There is a one-time non-refundable non-transferable Application Fee of AED 525 (including 5% VAT added as per government regulations) that must be submitted prior to the student being invited to the school for an assessment.

3. Assessment booking

For children applying for Years 1 and 2, one of our Admissions or Academic team will be conducting the interview, and for children for Years 3 and above, the assessment comprises a Cognitive Ability Assessment (CAT4) and an English Written Assessment. These will take place on campus for children in Dubai. If you are overseas, our admission team will guide you on the process.

For all applicants, we will contact your child’s current school for a reference.

4,5 & 6. Academic review and offer letter

Once the Academic Team reviews the file, and if we can offer a place, you will receive an invoice to pay the deposit fee.

If an offer of a place is made, parents have 5 working days to return acceptance paperwork and pay a non-refundable deposit which will be deducted from the joining term’s fees.

If you are waitlisted, your child is in the year group waiting pool and you will be notified once a place becomes available. Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee placements for all children in the waiting pool.

7. Register with KHDA

Once you have been notified of your child’s placement decision and the registration and relevant term fees have been paid, a contract is deemed to exist between the school and the parents/guardians, provided that the school regulations are observed. The school reserves the right to place your child in a class deemed to be the most appropriate, within the bounds of the KHDA guidelines.

As a requirement by the United Arab Emirates’ Ministry of Education and for us to be able to register your child legally with the KHDA (Knowledge and Human Development Authority), it is mandatory that we receive a Transfer Certificate (TC) from your child’s current school. Registration at any school in Dubai without a TC is not possible.
